The Referee Hub manages all communication between the Referee Control Boxes, the Down Signal, and owlcms. This device is required to use a Referee Control Box or the Down Signal.
The Referee Control Boxes can be used with or without a Down Signal attached. In addition, the Referee Hub supports a single referee mode in which only one Referee Control Box is connected to the Center Referee port.
